Welcome to your home away from home! This pet-friendly, fully furnished home in beautiful Tualatin is perfect for extended stays, whether for work or family adventures.

Inside:

Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen bed, with the primary offering an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.

Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space.

Living Area: Unwind in the cozy living room with a 55-inch smart TV for all your entertainment needs.

Kitchen: The spacious, fully stocked kitchen is ideal for everything from quick meals to family feasts.

Outside:

Enjoy the serene patio with outdoor seating and a fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids and pets.

Conveniently located near local amenities, parks, and major roadways, this home is designed to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. We look forward to hosting you!

Keep in Mind:

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 11:00 AM

~We can only offer mid-term stays, that is 31 days or longer.

~We cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.

~The reservation holder booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage. The pet fee is $75 per pet (with additional tax and fees), and a limit of 3 pets per stay.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~Guests must respect quite hours of 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.

~No mailbox access will be granted

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
