~ Check-out time is 11:00 AM

~We can only offer mid-term stays, that is 31 days or longer.

~We cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.

~The reservation holder booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage. The pet fee is $75 per pet (with additional tax and fees), and a limit of 3 pets per stay.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~Guests must respect quite hours of 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.

~No mailbox access will be granted

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
